Sips for the Season

Christmas in Bangkok

1 oz Fresh lime
1 oz Ginger syrup
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Mezcal  
Muddle 2 strawberries and 3 mint leaves

Add all ingredients to shaker and shake hard over ice. Strain and serve in a coupe glass or clear ornament for a little extra holiday cheer.

Peruvian Hot Chocolate

Serves a crowd

1 Pound of Peruvian Chocolate
1 Can of sweetened condensed milk
1 Can of Evaporated milk
4 C Whole Milk
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Cinnamon sticks
3 Whole star anise
5 Whole cloves

Add all ingredients to a heavy bottom sauce pot. Let all come to a simmer and stir until chocolate is melted. Being careful not to scorch the milk. Once all is melted, let sit on the stovetop for 15 mins. Serve with cookies or Alfajores from Ratio.
